DP & Scale A Teacher - Bayley
I am the Year 7/8 Bayley teacher and I am also one of the Deputy Principals at Korakonui School. I have been part of the Korakonui Teaching team for the past 4 years. I have a passion for teaching students at the senior end of the school. I believe in fostering their independence and for them to have an awareness of their strengths and the contribution they can make to the world. I endeavour to create a community of learners. There are high expectations for all students to participate and be active members of our class. As a school we offer a wide range of opportunities to our senior students, and due to our size, these opportunities are available to all year 7/8 students.
My areas of responsibilities include: leadership of maths, writing, project based learning and student leadership.
