Your Child's Class for 2024
You will find your child’s 2024 class on Hero.Click on your child’s profile picture.
Click on the three horizontal lines, in the top right corner beside ‘2023 Report’.
In the drop down arrow beside their name, a list will appear including ‘My 2024 Class”

To download the Hero app on your smartphone
Search for 'Hero' in your app store and download
Select “New user”. Use the email address that you provided when you enrolled your children, use this address to request a password. (Please note: each contact must have their own email address)
Enter your email address and click the “Request Password Link”
Check your email! If one doesn’t arrive, ensure the school has your correct details on file
Follow the secure link and enter a new password
