Dear Parents and Caregivers of Korakonui,

We would like to invite you to attend a free workshop with Pennie Brownlee (author of The Sacred Urge to Play (unfolding your child's intelligence, imagination, creativity and joy for Life) and Magic Places).

Pennie is working with our staff and our local resource teachers of learning and behaviour (RTLBS) on meeting the needs of the learning child through play, taking into account their brain structure-functioning, and how to deliver and facilitate "brain-compatible learning”.

When: Monday 17th December from 10am to 1pm

Where: Korakonui School, Bayley classroom (beside the office)

Unfortunately this workshop will be unsuitable for children to attend.

Pennie will be assisting our teaching staff after this session to make their classrooms into Magic Places for learning for 2019!
